To initiate our efforts effectively, we will start by establishing pivotal hubs called the Development Resource Center (DRC). A DRC, the project's central command center, will be strategically located at the town square.
Emphasizing an open-floor design, the DRC serves as the central hub for the CF initiative, facilitating coordination among Project Homeland personnel, partners, and stakeholders.
The Project Management Branch operates at the core of the DRC, collaborating with the town's Administrative Community Board to study, fund, and approve projects, overseeing and guiding progress toward the intended outcome.
Town squares are natural gathering places for the community, drawing people together for various activities. By situating the DRC in the heart of these town squares, we can easily engage with the community and kickstart the CF initiative
The strategic placement of the DRC in town squares allows us to maintain a close connection with the community. It facilitates better accessibility and communication, maximizing the impact of our CF mission
The strategic location of the DRC in the town square holds additional importance as we develop the local intranet infrastructure for providing free community wifi. Its central position enables convenient and effective omnidirectional wifi signal transmission, ensuring broader coverage and connectivity throughout the community.
